Our beat-based 45-minute workouts are designed from 3 foundations. LIFT, MOBILISE AND MOVE. Resulting in a High-intensity routine that is science-backed, technology-tracked, trainer empowered providing a group training experience that will change your life, not just your body.

You’ll be using dumbbell weight stations, bodyweight exercises and mobility movements to achieve a combined cardio, strength training and mobility workout.

The workouts will develop your body in all areas and will leave your body burning fat for hours after. Science proves that!
