Our Momentum F(hi)itness CLASSES are designed from 3 foundations. RUN, LIFT AND MOVE. A High intensity routine that will blast fat and will leave your body burning fat for hours after. Science proves that!

You’ll be using treadmills, dumbbell weight stations and bodyweight exercises to achieve a combined cardio and strength training workout.
