The post-workout afterburn

Momentum method is based on the science of EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) also known as oxygen debt. Pushing your body into the right zones with the right intensity will force your body to work harder to recover oxygen lost during exercise. This revs your metabolism and is how your body burns calories long after your workout is over.

Workout results from MyZone technology

Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. During our classes, We monitor your effort with the latest cardiac biofeedback technology and develop training sessions to get a high-calorie burn in a limited time.

NEED PICTURE OF HR ZONES

The workout works on five colour zones. Each of these zones represents a percentage of your maximum heart rate (MHR). This MHR is calculated and adjusted specifically to you when you start training with your own Myzone device. The workout is designed to push you into the green, yellow and red zones as much as you can handle. When your heart rate is elevated, then you’ll start to see and feel some serious changes in your body.
